Do you hate it when all you see is glowing testimonials? Where is the real stuff? Everyone with a business has made someone mad! I get excited when I get really great or poor service. Most people don’t keep quiet about really bad service.
Yes we get glowing testimonials, but we upset folks at times too. It is not on purpose of course! I made a vow years ago to treat people right. I am not in the business to anger or upset anyone, however, it happens-occasionally. Like Milli Vanilli lip-synced “Blame It On The Rain”.

DIY repairs on your home are great, DIY remodeling work on your home can be disastrous.
Becoming your own construction superintendent…. I’ve got some stories for you, most of them involve the worker turning into a GHOST halfway through the project (but most of the way through your money), placing liens. Leaving you to deal with the city and final inspections!
We get a lot of projects that are half complete, MGM to the rescue! Although we, and you would rather have it done right the first time.
The reality is that I have and will continue to do anything in my power to make sure my clients are not part of the horror stories of the remodeling process. I will also be there to deal with what might come up for years to come. It is about ”What’s wrong, not who’s wrong”, solving the problem the best we can.
Remodeling and construction inherently involves problems. It is how we go about solving those problems in an ethical way, that is what defines us daily.
